The kaki is a fruit of the family of the ebenáceas, of tropical origin although originating of China and Japan. Production in Europe focuses on the Mediterranean basin, mainly in Valencia.
The variety we work with is called Brilliant Red and stands out for its size, smooth skin, rounded shape, sweet taste and orange color.
Khaki has a high nutritional content that can help prevent many diseases. Among the main nutritional qualities are: High content of vitamins A, C, E, B1 and B2.
